The Inter-Colonial Courts on Libran was the most feared location for a Ha La Tha member. For them it meant that all their tricks failed, that the payoffs that the Guatru made to the lawyers failed, and that there were no more chances of being freed. It was the end of the line for criminals and for some it was the last glimpse of freedom that they will ever have.

But luckily for Niko he was not the one on trial. He was there because one of his men, Tobias Resillio was arrested back on Caprica for a hit that Niko had Ordered. It is the way of the Ha la Tha that if your Superior ordered you to do something and you get caught, he is required to be there while you are punished. Partially due to the fact that they are responsible for you being there, and out of respect they are to try anything within their power to free you, but sadly, most used this time to make sure that no one talked..

Niko had done everything to try and Free Tobias, but nothing had worked. The Payments to the Judge only made things worse, and now there was no chance that Tobias was going to be released. The only thing Niko could do was reassure Tobias that he was going to be taken care of while he was locked up, and that his family would be watched over by Niko and the other Delphi Ha La Tha.

The Interview room was a pale gray and reflected the swirl of mixed emotions. It was cold, colder than on Caprica, and the snow was falling gently outside in the meadow as the Lawyer began to go over all the documents one last time.

- "Tobias, these are serious charges. It's more than likely that you are going to go away for a long time, are you sure you want to do this?"

The Lawyer hesitated to hand over the papers to the man in custody, but Niko was there to snatch them away before they reached their intended audience. Going over them once more to make sure that everything was in order, Niko motioned to the guard in the corner to leave before speaking.

- (In Tauron) "...Tobias, brother, my contacts here on Libran assure me that everything will work out. I know its a crazy bet, but its a smart one and I know it will work, we just need you to go a long with it....."

Before Niko could finish, Tobias snatched the papers from his hand and threw them across the room violently before slamming his hand down on the table.

- (In Tauron) "NO NICHOLAS!! Im not going to let them say Im crazy!!! There is no running from it....If I have to go, then let them take me to the Soil....I control my return, not them....you should know that by now..."
