Okay, I have been doing some research on possible story lines and connections to current shows and have found out some interesting facts, but before I go any further let me break down a few things....
Blood Vs Chrome = A new Spin off from Sy Fy based 10 years into the First Cylon war surrounding the events of William Adama as a rookie pilot. It is said to be more like the space opera that the original BSG was and from what I hear/think it might be might have more combat and war stuff.
Caprica Cancellation = As we all know, Sy Fy (The Winner of Hydro's "Epic Fail of the year" Award) killed Caprica right when it was getting good, and now we are left with a crazy cliff hanger that is not going to be answered until 2011 (if that). So we are in a crazy/cool place to be in. At the start of the site, I intentionally wanted to leave out the show stuff and fast forward to the end of the show so that we can have an open ended world to RP inl, and now it looks like that might have been a good Idea. So basically we can use the events in Caprica as past events in our history and continue (just without the main characters of the show in our RP)
Okay, So as we all know we (The Colony of Caprica time line) are set at the beginning of the First Cylon war and during the time right before the unification of the colonies. From what I have found out by looking into the Caprica ending and the Blood Vs Chrome start we are right in the middle of the two shows.
Example:
What this means for us....Not only are we in the perfect location for Caprica Fan fiction, but we are in the perfect place to start a new Blood Vs. Chrome RP(s). So, if you think about the overall story arch of the Colony of Caprica, we are the bridge between the two shows. We can have our City based RPs as well as are Combat war RPs, so this opens up tons of possible new members!
So what we need to do is post more adds up on other Sci fi sites and as well as the Sy Fy forums. I have been doing a lot, but I would like to ask you all if you can help out by doing the same.
As Admin as well as Team leader of the staff, I will give out awards as well as free cubits to any member that actively posts adds for the Colony of Caprica site. I can understand that we all have busy lives, but this is a labor of love for all of us, and if we want this site to grow and succeed we have to do our part.
So....First member to post an add on Sy Fy Forums gets 1000 Cubits!!!

- It will surround William Adama and possibly the Battlestar Galactica
- Will show TONS of fighting and war stuff and possibly new characters.
- Set 10 years into the Cylon war

- It ended about 8-10 (6-8) years before our the Colony of Caprica time line
- The events that happened in Caprica Show are now our Past events
- The main characters of Caprica are now untouchable meaning:
